The information was interesting, but since a photographer wrote the book, I expected there to be more photos. There were only one or two per model. I ended up returning it, but it would be really great for someone who is really interested in the lives and history of these models.

Love it. As a fashion photographer myself, this book will be a valued resource to my library. It is like a condensed history lesson on the biggest movers and shakers in the modelling industry from the 1940's to present day. An easy to read informative book that gets to the heart of what made these respective women/ models the best in their time and still famous today. And as a bonus the book contains lots of those iconic photos of the respective models photographed by the legendary photographers at the time.

Well written and gives you background d to each model. Shows them as more than another pretty face. I read through to the end.

Great book for a fashion lover. Nigel also included models of the moment Cara D., Jourdan Dunn and Karlie Kloss.

Rather dull, poorly written, and not well laid out. More photos might of helped but the book was just disappointing.

Perfect in every way: Excellent item, speedy delivery, effortless purchase. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

It's a good book, but nothing I didn't already know. I was hoping to read something inspirational, but instead got a re-hash of what I already currently know and do. Even the theory is something I already thought or believed. On the other hand it can bring things you already know, but maybe forgot along the way, back to the forefront of your thinking, since I know we all get caught up in our daily routines thinking things are working fine. By bringing knowledge back to the forefront you can go that little extra mile to make things that are working fine, into things that are working even better.

I liked the book however it can be shorter maybe 100 page less, in conclusion it seems that CCO should be the jack of all trades ... And if he managed to improve customers lives then he will be the next successful CEO.The book is supported with many CX experts feedback in all discussed areas

MATT CZUCHRY
Having spent twelve years as an actor in film, television, and on stage, Matt Czuchry brings his unique perspective on the human experience to BROTHERS ON LIFE™. 

Czuchry is currently filming his third season on the two time Emmy® nominated drama, THE GOOD WIFE. Czuchry received the 2011 Entertainment Weekly Best Supporting Actor EWwy and has earned SAG ensemble nominations in 2010, 2011, and 2012 for his work on the hit series. In 2009, Czuchry played the lead character of Tucker Max in I HOPE THEY SERVE BEER IN HELL. The book by the same name was a New York Times bestseller for three years. In 2008, Czuchry starred in the second season of the critically acclaimed television series FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS.  In 2007, Czuchry was on stage in the title role of Wendy Wasserstein's West Coast premier run of the play THIRD.  Beginning in 2004, Czuchry spent three seasons as the character Logan Huntzberger on the hit series GILMORE GIRLS. Czuchry received three Teen Choice nominations for his role on the beloved series.  Czuchry graduated Summa Cum Laude from College of Charleston in 1999.  Upon graduation from College of Charleston, Matt Czuchry received the Bishop Robert Smith Award.
