It's a good book, but nothing I didn't already know. I was hoping to read something inspirational, but instead got a re-hash of what I already currently know and do. Even the theory is something I already thought or believed. On the other hand it can bring things you already know, but maybe forgot along the way, back to the forefront of your thinking, since I know we all get caught up in our daily routines thinking things are working fine. By bringing knowledge back to the forefront you can go that little extra mile to make things that are working fine, into things that are working even better.

I liked the book however it can be shorter maybe 100 page less, in conclusion it seems that CCO should be the jack of all trades ... And if he managed to improve customers lives then he will be the next successful CEO.The book is supported with many CX experts feedback in all discussed areas

Having spent twelve years as an actor in film, television, and on stage, Matt Czuchry brings his unique perspective on the human experience to BROTHERS ON LIFE™. 

Czuchry is currently filming his third season on the two time Emmy® nominated drama, THE GOOD WIFE. Czuchry received the 2011 Entertainment Weekly Best Supporting Actor EWwy and has earned SAG ensemble nominations in 2010, 2011, and 2012 for his work on the hit series. In 2009, Czuchry played the lead character of Tucker Max in I HOPE THEY SERVE BEER IN HELL. The book by the same name was a New York Times bestseller for three years. In 2008, Czuchry starred in the second season of the critically acclaimed television series FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS.  In 2007, Czuchry was on stage in the title role of Wendy Wasserstein's West Coast premier run of the play THIRD.  Beginning in 2004, Czuchry spent three seasons as the character Logan Huntzberger on the hit series GILMORE GIRLS. AI4U (Artificial Intelligence for You) was published in 2002 with each chapter describing one of the thirty-four (34) mind-modules then included in the Forth and JavaScript AI Minds. The AI software was not yet bug-free or consistently functional. In 2008 the software began really to think and to express simple ideas in the subject-verb-object (SVO) format. Meanwhile, the names of the mind-modules were changed slightly to conform with the wiki-page requirements of the Google Code MindForth project (q.v.), so that any mention of a mind-module, such as InFerence, became a clickable link anywhere on a wiki-page. A new feature of neural inhibition was included in the AI Minds so that any new thought would fade briefly away and let a different thought emerge in the AI consciousness. In late 2011, the independent scholarship in artificial intelligence branched out into the Russian language with the Dushka AI Mind in JavaScript and into the German language with the Wotan AI Mind in Win32Forth or 64-bit iForth for Linux supercomputers. In late 2012, a new feature was added for automated reasoning with the InFerence mind-module -- about which an Amazon Kindle e-book (q.v.) was published on 1 October 2013 with a line-by-line explanation of the Forth code for inference. On 24 November 2013 the Amazon Kindle e-book Artificial Intelligence in German was published as a kind of update to the AI4U book and with the inclusion of the Wotan German AI Forth code -- which made the fractional free preview display almost the entire editorial (non-code) content of the AI-in-German e-book.
